Secondly, you need to dig the hole with the depth according your posts’ length. The post we offer is hot dipped galvanized and then powder coated, which has a long life span. The each post hole spacing will depend on the rails length.
Thirdly, you can start to put the palisade fence post into the holes, and then put the soil into holes, you need pour the concrete into the holes to make the post more stronger.
After that, you need put the rail on the post, then bolt the angle bar rail on the post, the standard palisade fence will has the two rails, and some customer also want the middle rail in the top and bottom rail to enhance the whole palisade fence.
Fifth, you should bolt all the pales on the rail. All the pale bolted on the horzontal rail. It’s very easy to install, if you have some workers who know how to use the wrench, it will be ok.
At last, you need to install the gates what you choose before. If there is no motor for your sliding gates, that’s fine, but if there is a motor, please ask someone who knows how to install it help you.
Firstly, all the palisade fence must be rust resistance, if you purchase the galvanized then powder coated, when you make installed, if there is any surface scratches, please paint the scratches, if you do not painted it, that will be rust begining the scratches after it meet the rains.
After that, you should pay attention to fasten all the accessories, if the you do not fasten them, high wind weather will be not good for the palisade fence over time.
At last, you should make sure pour all the concrete into the post holes ground, otherwise the post will not strong enough to support all the pale and rail.
The cost of the palisade fence will depend on the height, surface finish, etc. More higher, we need use more raw material, so the cost will be higher. Hot dipped galvanized will be more expensive then galvanized and powder coated.
